This is Zoee!

This is Zoee Crumrine. She is 8 mos. old and does more tricks than the average puppy. She is a Redi/Ebony daughter and I am very proud to be her breeder. She is staying at Trinket Shih Tzu this week while her family takes a vacation to Disney. I don't know who is having more fun this week, but I think its Zoee! Needless to say, I will be repeating this breeding when the time is right. I'll introduce you to Zoee's parents in a future post.

Tender Touch Grooming

My friend, Judi and I have a dog grooming business in Peoria, IL called "Tender Touch Grooming". Some of our girlfriends say we should call it "Lucy & Ethel Doo Dogs". We feel Tender Touch is slightly more professional. Judi is pictured here with Lucy. In the group today, we have some of Lucy's pals -- Zoee Crumrine, Sophie, Sadie & Cutter Gullickson and Chloe Lander. If you are ever in our area and your pooch needs a little pampering, just give us a jingle at 309-229-1180 and we'll be happy to schedule an appointment. First time pamperees get a photo keychain and a bag of doggie biscuits. Nothing but the best for our furry friends!

Trinket Shih Tzu

Trinket Shih Tzu started over 15 years ago with a little black & white puppy named Sparkle Ann Wiggle Butt. Sparkle was my Christmas gift from a very good friend. She never wagged just her tail -- the whole back end wagged! Sparkle lived 15 fun filled years and a day doesn't pass that I don't think about her and that wonderful Christmas morning. What a gift she was!

And from Sparkle to the present day of a houseful of gorgeous Tzus, the story of Trinket Shih Tzu continues. We are always trying to improve this unbelievable breed by reading pedigrees and trying to put them together to assure a sound litter.

As I put this blog together, I will post puppy pictures, our champions and our up and coming stars. Please feel free to ask about our breeding program. We have puppies occasionally looking for loving families. Once in awhile, we have retired mamas looking for a forever family to love and adopt them.

I look forward to hearing from all the Tzu lovers.
